(the “Company”) works only with publishers whose offices, facilities, operations, employees, and agents are located in only the following states (the “APPROVED STATES”): AL, AK, CA, CT, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IA, KY, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, WA, WI. The Company does not authorize you or your employees or agents to conduct any publishing or solicitation activities on its behalf that target consumers in any of the following states (the “UNAPPROVED STATES”): AZ, AR, CO, IN, KS, LA, ME, SD, TX, UT, VT, WV
You hereby agree and certify that: (1) your offices, facilities, employees, or agents are located in only the APPROVED STATES; (2) you have no offices, facilities, employees, or agents located in any of the UNAPPROVED STATES; and (3) you will not conduct any publishing or solicitation activities on the Company’s behalf that target consumers in any of the UNAPPROVED STATES. Should there be a change in circumstances relative to your activities in the UNAPPROVED STATES, you shall immediately terminate all services provided to the Company and advise us in writing.(3) you will only conduct publishing or solicitation activities to potential customers of legal smoking age as per federal law.
All referral sales are subject to approval before payment is distributed. If a referral is rejected, you will receive a notification as to why the referral was rejected and you are free to discontinue the affiliate partnership at anytime. Systematic Cigar Company reserves the right to reject any and all referral sales that do not adhere to the affiliate terms and conditions or sales that have resulted from unauthorized links and/or websites.
Systematic Cigar Company reserves the right to terminate your affiliate partnership without prior warning nor reason if said partnership does not align with it’s business needs. All earned approved unpaid commissions will be distributed in the next disbursement cycle.
